1.Final Sale & Exchange Restrictions

Due to the cross-border nature of our business, all orders are Final Sale. Exchanges are only accepted for verified product defects (e.g., manufacturing flaws). Requests based on personal preference, size miscalculation, or other non-quality-related reasons will not be accommodated.

 

2.Size Measurement Tolerance

All product dimensions are manually measured flat and listed in centimeters (CM). A tolerance of 1-3 CM between actual and labeled measurements is considered normal and does not qualify as a defect.

 

3.Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds will be processed upon confirmation. Once the order has shipped, cancellations for any reason are not accepted.

 

4.Fraudulent Orders

For credit card payments flagged as fraudulent by our system (e.g., triggered risk alerts), we reserve the right to void the transaction. Associated costs (bank fees, currency conversion losses, etc.) will be borne by the customer.

 

5.Proof for Defective Exchanges

All products are sold in brand-new, unopened packaging. The product tag and Return Proof Tag must be intact and returned for defective exchanges. Missing tags may result in denied requests.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48-hour of delivery. We will request photo evidence of the defect and evaluate each case individually. If confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the issue (e.g., replacement or refund).

 

6.Additional Terms

Product colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings, photography lighting, and individual screen calibration. The actual color of the physical garment received shall prevail over digital representations.

Exchanges for defects are limited to the same style and size (subject to stock availability). Cross-style or size exchanges are not permitted.

Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us(limited to standard logistics). Non-defective returns are at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing times may vary based on logistics.
